Indiana Packers Corporation recently teamed up with the Indiana Blood Center and the Indianapolis Colts to participate in the 2009 Colts Invitational Blood Drive Challenge. After all results were tallied, Indiana Packers placed second in their division. Thanks to all of those employees who took the time to donate blood and help make IPC’s first blood drive a success. Each donor who participated can take pride in knowing he or she has helped meet the needs of the hospitals and patients in our community. According to the Indiana Blood Center, each donation of blood has the potential of impacting up to three lives. While donors may never know firsthand the impact their gift has made or the extent of the gratitude for their gift, they do know that you helped impact someone’s life.
