Our Facilities
Since the opening of Indiana Packers Corporation in 1991, the facility has evolved from a mere 270, 000 square foot facility to over 600,000 square foot. The renovations and expansions have included the installation of the most up to date style of equipment to produce the most desirable products for our customers. We have focused our attention on ergonomics and safety for the well being of our employees. One of our major expansions was to create an employee welfare area with large locker rooms, modern restrooms, the largest single kitchen within the region, and two large cafeterias, with full time news broadcast, and close access parking. Our 1,700 employee experience a full range of benefits including health insurance, 401k program, and employee product sales.
