College Career Fairs

Indiana Packers Corporation proudly participates in several university career fairs throughout the year. Our goal at these fairs is to establish a corporate presence and relationship with the university and its students.Establishing and nurturing these relationships positions us to recruit the best college students for full-time management trainee or internship opportunities. Summer intern positions are available at the undergraduate level. To be considered, students must be currently enrolled in a four year college and must be authorized to work in the United States.

We attend fiveuniversity career fairs in the fall and spring. The universities we visit are known for having strong programs in the fields of Animal Science and Food Science. These fields of study are of particular interest for our pork processing operations. The universities we visit are:

•Ohio State University
•University of Illinois
•Iowa State University
•Kansas State University
